Description
Orchestration run tracking ticket. Not the real implementation ticket — this exists only so the live timing table has somewhere to post from step 1 onward. The real backend/mobile/web ticket(s) are created and cross-linked here once the run reaches that step.
Requirement:
In the Inpatients Room Master List page, please rearrange the action icons to match the standard order used on the other pages.

Currently, the action icons are displayed in a different order. Please update them so that the Edit icon appears first, followed by the View icon.
Before making the change, check the other master/list pages to confirm the existing standard ordering and follow the same implementation pattern.
Please keep this change limited to the action icon ordering and do not modify any unrelated functionality or UI.
