Description
- remove department_id in medical camp (camp master table) and also removed in the medical camp schedule page (ui)
- add department_id in appointment table and also add in the medical camp appointment page
- if user select the type as ortho or opthel we need to chose that same type in department and disable that input
- if user select the type as general enable department field
- add the village_id in fileupload service
